Shipping, Returns & Cancelations


We ship all items via USPS. At this time we ONLY ship to the United States. 

If you are local to us, please consider a Brick & Mortar shop to purchase your juice. It will save you the cost of shipping. 
We strive to ship all orders same day. Being a small operation I can't close up shop to make a run to the post office daily. We ship packages with our regular mail servce. So orders made after 11am will get filled, but may not be picked up until the next morning.  

We are NOT able to replace orders lost or damaged by the USPS. If you would like insurance on your shipment, please email me @ BFB@bfbvapor.com and I will do my best to accommodate your request. 

If your order is lost in the USPS system. Please call them with your issue and tracking number. As a consumer you will get action much faster then me. The number is 800-275-8777.

Canceling your order

If you would like to cancel your order, please use our contact form ASAP. If your order has been processed and shipped, we CANNOT cancel your order. You MUST contact us right away for us to catch it in time. We will not be held accountable for orders "shipped to fast".

Returns / Refunds

1. Returns for Refunds are for DOA (Dead on arrival) only. Please inspect your item once you receive it. This policy must be initiated within 24 hours of your package being delivered. Once that time has passed, you may return an item for a store credit. We will only pay shipping on DOA items in the first 24 hours. After that you are responsible for the shipping. After we inspect the item, we may at our own discretion decide to refund your shipping costs as a store credit. 

2. Clearomizers and Cartomizers are eligible for return/exchange for DOA ONLY.
Due to the nature of clearomizers and cartomizers and not being able to know what battery, voltage or liquids you are using we cannot warranty the length of "time" a carto/clearo will last. Coils pop, coils overheat.

3. Returned items will be replaced with identical items. Unless of course the item is out of stock. At this point we will contact you (the customer) to ask if a suitable substitute can be sent. 

4. Shipping charges are refunded or credited for DOA items only, and for 24 hours only. Please check your order as soon as you receive it. 

5. We can not and will not be held accountable for mistakes or issues with the USPS. We do not 'make money" on shipping charges. All of the packaging costs money, our shipping charges are intended to offset this cost. Nothing more. 

6. We can not guarantee that items we sell will work with items from other vendors or sites. 

7. We will not warranty any items that have been modified or "enhanced" in any way. 

8. We will not warranty, refund or exchange juice orders due to you not liking them. If your not sure, please order a small bottle or a sample pack. If you feel that the juice you received has an issue, please contact us. We are more then happy to resolve any issues you may have. 

9. Any items not listed above come with a 30 day warranty. This does not cover abuse or modification. If you have an issue, please contact us. Many times issues can be resolved without having you ship the item back. 

10. All returns must be via USPS "First Class" or "Priority" shipping (your choice). You must obtain an "RMA Number" and include it with your returned item(s). You must also include a copy of your invoice and a description of the problem. 

In the end, if you have an issue please contact us. Most of the time we can come to a resolve without having to go through the long drawn out process of returning an item. If after this we deem the item needs to be returned, we will issue a RMA Number and instructions on how to package & ship the item.
